Sr. Project Manager
For Project Management services in the Manufacturing area.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences and seven to ten (7-10) years of previous exposure to Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
- PMP Certification prefferred
- Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
- Domestic and International travel up to 30%
- Experience in:
- Defining scopes, costs, and deliverables.
- Operations and/or in advanced manufacturing engineering.
- PPPM (like MS Project, and Project Server)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop comprehensive project plans and charters, defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for NPD and CAPEX initiatives.
- Ensure closure of pending activities before gate reviews to enable prompt and efficient project progression.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration (engineering, finance, manufacturing, procurement) to integrate NPD and CAPEX initiatives seamlessly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including cost overruns, schedule delays, and technical challenges.
- Monitor and control project budgets, optimizing capital expenditures and ensuring financial discipline.
- Track and evaluate project performance using KPIs and metrics, adjusting strategies to meet goals.
- Communicate project updates to functional management and executive leadership regularly.
- Conduct postmortem reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate scope, schedule, and cost changes, ensuring stakeholder alignment and transparency.
- Promote best practice sharing across teams to drive continuous improvement in DFMA and CAPEX projects.
- Research and integrate innovative technologies, enhancing industrialization efforts and optimizing CAPEX investments.
